Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at AA&KH-LLC. We value your business and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your order, we invite you to review our policy on returns and refunds.
1. Overview of Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and inserts included.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Additionally, please note that gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items are strictly non-refundable.
3. The Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Contact@aakhllc.com within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please include clear photos of the damage to expedite the process.
5. Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, United States. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
