Thank you for shopping with AA&KH-LLC. Below is our detailed Shipping Policy to help you understand how and when your order will arrive. By placing an order with us, you are accepting the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Note on Split Shipments: If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages to ensure faster delivery. You will receive unique tracking numbers for each package in your shipment.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days
- Express Shipping: 3–7 business days (where available)
- International Shipping: 7–20 business days
Please note that delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Shipping times may vary based on location, customs delays, or high-traffic seasons.
3. Rates & Tracking
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the order, shipping method, and destination. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically be active within 24–48 hours.
4. Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at Contact@aakhllc.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
AA&KH-LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, customs, or carrier issues.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
